La mejor receta de Wrap de pollo
- A pan/skillet.
- A pot.
- Vegetable mincer.
- A chopping board.
- 1 spoon.
- 1 squeezer for the lime/lemon.
|5 chicken breast filets.|
|2 garlic cloves.|
|1 big onion.|
|1 red pepper.|
|1 green pepper.|
|50 ml. of greek yoghurt.|
|1 tablespoon of lemon/lime juice.|
|Salt and pepper.|
|5 “tortillas” bread.|
First, we peel and cut in thin slices all the vegetables with a vegetable mincer. We extract the avocado “flesh” with a spoon.
Then, we stir fry at medium temperature the garlic, onion, carrot and peppers in that order until they are soft in a pan.
Next, we cut the chicken filets in slices, season them with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Cook until the chicken is fully colored.
Then, put the chicken and vegetables on the tortilla bread and add the sliced avocado.
Then, season the mixture with a sauce made with the yoghurt and lemon/lime juice.
Finally, wrap the fajita and garnish with a wedge of lime.
