La mejor receta de carbonara
- A pot for the pasta.
- A pan/skillet.
- A cutting board.
- A knife/vegetable mincer.
- A cup for the cream.
- A medium – large bowl.
- A whisk.
- 1 bowl with the butter.
|400 g. of pasta (spaghettis).|
|150 g. of bacon.|
|100 ml. of cream.|
|100 g. of grated parmesan.|
|Salt and black freshly grounded black pepper.|
|1 tablespoon of olive oil/butter.|
First, boil the pasta in a pot with boiling water for 7 – 9 minutes. Strain them and set aside.
Then, mince the onion and cook it in a pan with an olive oil tablespoon at medium temperature for 8 – 10 minutes.
Next, chop the bacon, add it to the pan and cook until it is coloured. Remove from heat.
Then, mix together and whisk the cream and the eggs.
Next, add the pasta to the pan and mix with the bacon and onion.
Finally, add the cream and eggs mixture to the pasta and stir until it cooks a bit with the remaining heat. Serve immediately.
