Chocolate heart shaped puff pastry
Kitchenware
- 1 sheet of vegetable/oven paper.
- 1 spoon to spread the nutella.
- 1 knife to cut the puff pastry.
- 1 oven tray.
- A brush.
- 1 bowl for the eggwash.
Ingredients
1 sheet of puff pastry. |
150 g. of nutella. |
1 beaten egg. |
Some flour to prevent from stick the puff pastry. |
Directions:
First, extend the puff pastry over a floured surface.
Next, spread all the nutella over the puff pastry with a spoon.
Then, fold the puff pastry in 4 times.
Next, cut it with a knife in thin pieces.
Then, put the puff pastry cuts on a vegetable/oven sheet and gently mash them.
Next, paint them with egg wash.
Finally, bake them at 200 ºC for 10 – 15 minutes until are fully browned.
