La mejor receta de hamburguesa
- A mixing bowl for all the ingredients.
- 1 pan/skillet.
- 1 bowl with breadcrumbs.
- Latex gloves.
|400 g. of grounded meat.|
|100 g. of breadcrumbs.|
|2 egg yolks.|
|Minced dry parsley and oregano.|
|Salt and freshly grounded pepper.|
|A tablespoon of olive oil.|
|To serve with:|
|5 leaves of lettuce.|
|5 cheese slices.|
First, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
Then, add all the ingredients to the mixing bowl.
Next, put on the gloves and mix well everything.
Then, form balls with your hands and mash them until they have burguer shape.
Next, fry them in the pan with a tablespoon of olive oil at high temperature, 2 – 3 minutes on each side.
Finally, serve with the burguer buns, vegetables and sauces you desire.
