La mejor receta de Pizza
- A mixing bowl for the dough
- A sieve
- 1 bowl with the flour
- A whisk to mix the dough
- A saucepan to get warm the water
- A baking tray
- An oven
|7 g. of baker's yeast|
|A pinch of sugar|
|150 ml of warm water|
|250 g. of flour|
|1 teaspoon of salt|
|½ teaspoon of grounded garlic|
First, get warm the water in the saucepan until it's at human temperature.
Then, mix the water, yeast and sugar and let it rest until it forms little bubbles and skim on the surface (5 minutes).
Next, mix and sieve the flour, salt and garlic in a mixing bowl.
Then, pour the water a little by little to the flour and mix everything with a whisk or your hands until gets a pliable dough.
Next, knead it on a clean table until is soft and homogeneous and make the shape you desire.
Finally, make the pizza with the ingredients you prefer, like tomato sauce, cheese, ham, pepper,..., and bake it for 8 - 12 minutes at 210 ºC.
